Our engineered mezzanine systems are designed to take advantage of unused overhead space while maintaining open productive space below, in your facility. This free standing independent steel mezzanine system does not rely on any attachment to your existing building for support.

If the time should come that you need to relocate, resize or expand your mezzanine we can easily accommodate your needs. The prefabricated steel structure can easily be dismantled and resized or relocated. By engineering and utilizing modular components for the mezzanine structure from the outset, we can offer quick turnaround for additional components, should you need to expand the mezzanine.

Two-tier structures with suspended walkways (catwalks) can be made from the METALSISTEM Super 1-2-3 or Unirack series, combining light weight with high strength. Staircased made from standard components are integrated in these structures, complying with all current safety standards. In the case of the Unirack-USR series, tw0 and even three-tier structures up to a height of 8 metres with frame loadings of up to 4,800kg can be achieved.

Mezzanine structures are achieved with the METALSISTEM Super 4-5-6 series. METALSISTEM mezzanines are modular structures, based on interlocking components, able to be adapted to the most demanding requirements. All structural components are made from 3.1B certified high tensile steel.
