Key Features
- Using profile legs close to each other not only enhances performance but also increases safety
- The profile legs used for this purpose meet the system's dynamic and static needs
- Can be easily adjusted to fit another system when adaptation is required
- Readily applicable to existing Drive-In applications for easy modernization of the storage system
Shuttles
Shuttle Rack Systems have become increasingly popular in recent times as storage rack solutions. These solutions are generally employed to meet the demand for high-density storage, bringing many preferences along with them when compared to drive-in systems.
Pallets are retrieved by a shuttle machine positioned in the aisle. Subsequently, this machine brings each pallet it retrieves from its current location to the front of the aisle, where it is ready for the forklift operator to pick up.
Similarly, in the case of loading rather than retrieval, when the forklift operator places the pallets at the entrance of the tunnel, the shuttle machine, operating in the aisle, returns the pallet left by the forklift at the tunnel entrance to its original position. Currently, METALSISTEM introduces its own storage solutions for shuttle rack systems. This system has been developed in close collaboration with the industry, aiming to meet expectations related to this system and provide the most advanced structural features in storage rack systems.
